Terms of sale and use

Last updated October 29, 2026

These terms of sale and use (the "terms") govern the use of the phizm.fr website and the purchase of Phizm skills, credits and subscriptions, sold by Brian Biendou EI, Sonnerie 10, 8 rue de la Mayenne, 31100 Toulouse, France, SIRET 919 153 189 00015 ("Phizm", "we"). Creating an account or placing an order means you accept these terms. This is a translation: the French version is the legally binding one.

1. The service

Phizm sells video editing styles as skills: files (instructions, references, render engine) you install in Claude so it edits your own videos in the chosen style. Each style is shown with a demo.

Phizm edits no video and generates no image: the edit is made by Claude, on your machine, from your own footage. The result depends on your footage, your Claude version and your settings. Demos and displayed fidelity scores are indicative: they do not guarantee an identical result.

To use a skill you need a Claude account (Claude or Claude Code, depending on the install method), subscribed with Anthropic at your own cost. Phizm is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

2. Account

The service is for people aged 16 and over. A purchase by a minor requires the consent of their legal guardian. You agree to give a valid email address, keep your access private and create only one account per person. Sign-up credits are given once per person: an account created to get them again may be closed.

3. Credits

Credits are used to unlock styles. The cost of each style is shown on its page before any unlock. There are four kinds of credits:

  • Subscription credits: granted every month by your subscription. They expire at each monthly renewal: the new month's credits replace the previous ones, they do not add up. They also expire when the subscription ends.
  • Top-up credits: bought one-off. They never expire as long as your account exists.
  • Sign-up credits and community reward credits: they never expire.
  • Subscription credits are always used first, before credits that never expire.

Credits have no cash value: they cannot be refunded in money (subject to section 10), sold or moved to another account. They are lost when the account is deleted.

4. Subscriptions

The Starter, Plus and Studio plans are subscriptions that renew automatically, paid monthly or yearly. On the yearly plan you pay once a year and your credits arrive every month. The Teams plan is quoted on request.

The price, monthly credits and billing period are shown on the Pricing page and repeated before payment. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the current price. A price change would be announced by email at least thirty days before it applies, with the option to cancel first.

You change plan or cancel at any time from your account, in Credits and invoices (Stripe billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: access and subscription credits remain usable until then, with no refund for the current period.

5. One-off purchases

You can also buy credit top-ups and, for some styles, unlock them directly for a price. The content and price of each purchase are shown before you confirm.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The applicable VAT depends on your country and is shown in the payment summary. Payment is made by card or digital wallet, through Stripe, when you order. A receipt, and an invoice for subscriptions, is emailed to you and stays available in your account.

7. Delivery

Credits are added and styles unlocked immediately after payment. An unlocked style appears in My skills: you download it for Claude (.zip file) or install it with a command in Claude Code, through a temporary link valid ten minutes. An unlocked style stays yours, updates included, even after your subscription ends, as long as your account exists.

8. Right of withdrawal

Skills and credits are digital content supplied immediately, with no physical medium. Under article L. 221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun, when you have given your express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.

This consent is asked before every payment, with a checkbox. It is recorded with your order and repeated in the confirmation you receive. Without it, the payment cannot be completed.

9. Skill license

Unlocking a style gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the matching skill for the lifetime of your account. Phizm keeps all rights to the skills.

What is allowed:

  • editing your own videos with the skill, including for commercial purposes;
  • editing videos for your clients, as part of work you do yourself;
  • modifying the skill for your own use;
  • the videos you make are yours: Phizm claims no right to them.

What is prohibited:

  • reselling, renting, transferring or distributing the skill or its files, even modified;
  • sharing the skill or its files with another person, publishing it online or in a public repository, or making it available to third parties;
  • using it to build a competing product or another skill for sale;
  • handing the skill to a client: only the finished video is delivered to them.
  • For a team to use the skills, each member needs their own account, or the team needs the Teams plan.

Breaching this license leads to account closure, without refund, without prejudice to legal action.

10. Refunds

Apart from the right of withdrawal (section 8), purchases are not refunded, except in these cases:

  • Lack of conformity: a skill that is inaccessible, incomplete or does not work as described. Write to us: we fix or replace it and, failing that within a reasonable time, we refund you, under the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.
  • Payment error: a double charge or wrong amount is refunded in full.

Refunds go back to the payment method used, within fourteen days. A refund cancels the purchase: credits bought are removed from your balance, up to what remains, and a style paid directly is removed from your skills.

11. Cancellation and account closure

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Cancel your subscription first if one is running. Deletion is permanent: remaining credits, unlocked skills and community videos are lost. The videos you have already made stay yours.

We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms (fraud, sharing or reselling skills, unlawful content), after telling you why, except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise.

12. Community

You can publish in the community an edit made with a Phizm style: an MP4 video of one minute at most. By publishing it:

  • you declare that you hold all rights to the video and what it contains (footage, music, text, brands) and have the consent of the people who appear in it;
  • you grant Phizm, free of charge and non-exclusively, the right to host, reproduce and display the video, its title and your display name on the phizm.fr website, for as long as it is published. Any other use, including on Phizm's social accounts, would require a separate request for your consent;
  • you keep ownership of your video and can ask for its removal at any time at contact@phizm.fr: it is removed within seven days.

Moderation: every video is checked by the team before it becomes visible. Videos are rejected if they are unrelated to a Phizm style, low quality, misleading, advertising a competing service, or if their content is unlawful, violent, hateful, sexual or infringes the rights of others. The reason for a rejection is given to you. A published video may be removed if it is rightly reported.

Reward: an approved video earns you the number of credits announced when you sent it, paid once, on approval. Uploads are limited per day, and the same video can only be rewarded once.

13. Warranties and liability

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L. 224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code): for two years for a one-off purchase, and for the whole subscription for content supplied under it.

Phizm is not liable for the unavailability of Claude or any third-party service, nor for the content of the videos you make and share. The website may be interrupted for maintenance or incidents; we do our best to keep these short.

14. Personal data

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

15. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to contact@phizm.fr. We reply within seven business days.

If the complaint gets no satisfactory answer within two months, you can refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator Phizm belongs to (article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code).

To be completed: name, address and website of the consumer mediator, required before the first sale (article L. 616-1 of the French Consumer Code).

16. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by French law. The French version is the legally binding one. Failing an amicable agreement, disputes go before the competent court under ordinary rules, subject to the protective provisions of the consumer's country of residence.

17. Changes

These terms may change. The update date is shown at the top of the page. The version that applies to a purchase is the one you accepted when ordering. A change affecting your subscription is announced by email before it applies.
